Historically Founded in 1997, Réalisium is a service and engineering company specialized in the development of applications in client-server. Our team of engineers in developing has thus conceived software for Human resources with Formview, Compétences and banking with CréditXpert. These software have been developed in a really open environment, with a large expansion.
Moderate evolution Today, in a strong position because of our customers' plebiscite, we are moving towards a moderate expansion, on the basis of our products for HR, with two main lines : being oversubtle with the functionalities of our softwares, tending to a hyper specialization, in order to become a inescapable reference of quality, and add a widespread Intranet interface as an optional extra. We hope to keep our human size and are not devoting our energy to be the biggest of the branch, but to propose solutions that totally satisfy our customers as well as it does for us.
